Jay Butler
Engagement Manager

Jay brings more than 20+ years of experience in Automotive, Industrial and Consumer Product design, manufacturing and quality control. Prior to joining Seraph, Jay held Senior Management positions at Nissan, Mercedes-Benz and the Brose Group. He oversees management and leadership training, quality improvement, strategic planning, and product development efforts.

Jay holds a B.A and M.A in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, as well as an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University. He is also a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach and Speaker, employing his leadership expertise to support management and client operations on the floor.

Areas of Expertise: Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Supplier Quality and Quality Management, APQP & PPAP, Team and Leadership Development.
